Mercedes GLA (new A-Class SUV) caught on video
Tue, 19 Mar 2013The SUV version of the new A-Class – the Mercedes GLA – has been caught on video winter testing ahead of a likely debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The new Mercedes A-Class is now out in the wild, and this morning we had news of UK pricing for the new Mercedes CLA – the ‘Coupe’ A-Class – and now we have news of the next instalment of Mercedes’ A-Class adventure – the Mercedes GLA. We had video back in December of the new Mercedes GLA, but this time the GLA is out playing in winter climes as it gets close to its first reveal.
Mercedes C 180 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY Review & Road Test (2010)
Sun, 15 Aug 2010The Mercedes C180 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY in for a week for Review & Road Test There was a time when you knew what lurked beneath the bonnet of a Mercedes; the badge on the boot shouted it loud and clear. But things have got a bit more complicated over the years; probably because the cubic capacity of the engine is not necessarily an indication of its power.
MINI miffed at Spy Photos of 2014 MINI Hatch
Thu, 04 Jul 2013MINI has released their own ‘Spy’ shot of the 2014 MINI hatch (pictured above) The rise and rise of the internet in recent years has seen the once niche market for spy photos of unreleased cars go mainstream, and whether car makers like it or not they can be sure the moment they take their new pride and joy on the road it will be papped and online. Most unrevealed cars go out testing covered in swirly camouflage and padded add-ons to disguise shape and form, but this week a 2014 MINI hatch was snapped with no disguise at all, and it didn’t look great. It didn’t look great because the photo was taken from such a distance it distorted perspective and made the new MINI look a very odd shape.
