The SNAP ON label that normally is on the plastic case is missing, it just wasn't on the thing when I got it but, all parts in the case are 100% SNAP ON as indicated in the pictures. The shipping rate is a flat rate of $20.00 in the lower 48 U.S. states only. In addition, RURAL ROUTE type addresses, where a surcharge is tacked on, will have an additional charge applied to the invoice. Package and will be sent to you via UPS Ground with a tracking number.
