This is a Snap-on MT 460 Cylinder Shorting Expanded Scale Tachometer. I have no idea how to hook this up or if it even works. I did try just connecting it to my battery then hooked one of the plug wires to the large red harness type connector and turned a few knobs and the gauge did move a tiny bit but I have no idea where to hook the yellow end to or even what to look for after the hook up that I did, so it's being sold as is. It was repainted on the outside, and there is some minor surface rust on the handle.Please look closely at all of the photos and decide the condition for yourself. I only ship within the U.S.. GM officially bankrupt
Mon, 01 Jun 2009GM finally enters Chapter 11 Bankruptcy The US Government is to provide £30 billion to fund the transition, with GM being split in to ‘Old GM’ and ‘New GM’. In exchange for the money the US Government will take a 60% stake in ‘New GM’ with all the toxic assets and liabilities being disposed of through ‘Old GM’. The restructuring will allow GM to survive on a third less sales than before (10 million instead of 15 million).

Christian Horner, team principal of Formula One team Red Bull, took turns at the wheel of the 568-horspower Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge prototype, sharing driving duties with professional racer Sébastien Buemi. Members of the public queued for access to the road-going Q50 range, which was also on offer for hill-driving duties, and some were even treated to a turn in the FX Vettel Edition: a chunky SUV with handling and performance tuned with the direct input of four-time F1 world champion Sebastian Vettel.
