This sled was part of a house sale, found covered in the garage where it obviously sat unriden for many years. I rebuilt the carbs, flushed the gas tank and installed a new battery. Turn the key and it starts right up! It idles perfectly and everything works as it should (hi/low beam, tail and brake light). The track, slide rails, bogey wheels and skis are all in excellent shape. I don't know the actual hours, but as you can see in the photos, there can't be many. The cover is also original. If you are looking for a vintage sled in original condition you won't find one much cleaner than this! It is located in Downsville NY, but can be delivered free to Nassau County or anywhere in between.

Today the Lancia Delta takes pride of place on the Lancia stand, flanked by the rest of the range: Ypsilon and Musa. It’s the name that probably means most to UK buyers, so the Delta will spearhead Lancia’s comeback to these shores after a 15-year-break in mid-2009.

Getting schooled at the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Experience

Thu, 04 Mar 2010

You don't need snow or ice to enjoy the thrills of sliding an all-wheel-drive car sideways, as evidenced by a day at the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Experience at Infineon Raceway. The class, operated by the instructors of the Jim Russell USA Racing Drivers School, involves time on coned-lined paddock courses and a large skid pad. But the real fun comes when you put what you've learned to good use on one of the country's most fun racetracks, the 2.52-mile 12-turn Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, Calif.
