I acquired this pair of carbs and manifolds in the early 1980's. I never installed them, and sold my 2002 long ago.

Carbs appear complete. Throttle shafts and choke plates move freely, and bushings are not worn out.

These appear to be in very good condition, and appear unmolested, but I have never taken them apart.

No choke or throttle linkage, other than what you see in photos, is available from me or included.

Not all carb to air horns, and carb to manifold nuts and wave washers are included - not to worry, this hardware is generic metric hardware.

But I can't remember if these came off of a BMW 1600 TI or 2002 TI. The manifolds are dated "69". If manifolds are from a 1600, you should match the intake manifold to cylinder head port size for optimum performance on a 2002 (grind the intake manifold ports to match the cylinder head intake openings).


This is not a complete kit.  Some additional parts will need to be sourced and / or fabricated, and the carburetors disassembled, cleaned, reconditioned with new seals, needles / seats, diaphragms and gaskets, and adjusted. The installation of these components will require time, ingenuity, skill, and experience; experience often can be a cruel and expensive taskmaster.
