Please see the listing.  We mainly sell OEM items which have never been used nor opened from the original box.  This means that we often use the picture listed by the original manufacturer for the OEM parts that we sell, so that we are not opening the boxes and possibly damaging parts or loosing parts.   This is why it is essential for you to match the part number listed with your local dealer to make sure it is what you are needing to ensure that it is the correct part and that it fits your vehicle.   If this auction is for a used part, not in brand new condition, then normal wear and few minor scratches can be expected.  For used parts  what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, unless mentioned otherwise in the description. Make sure to inspect the item thoroughly in the pictures above before buying.  If you have any questions, please ask us prior to bidding.   Buyer is completely responsible for confirming that our part will fit their vehicle!!  

Unless stated otherwise, Seller warrants engines, transmissions, trans-axles, and differentials for 30 days from time of purchase.  Installation instructions for used transmissions and engines: You must replace all seals and gaskets prior to installation. Transmissions and engines are shipped "dry", drained of all fluids. You should not attempt to operate before replacing fluids and filters. 

SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM ("SRS") - Airbags and Seat Belts-  ALL RECYCLED AIRBAGS AND SEAT BELTS ARE SOLD "AS IS". Recycled airbags and seat belts are not tested by the Seller to meet any safety standards. A qualified installer should install recycled airbags and seat belts in accordance with SRS and the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and should test whether the recycled airbag or seat belt will function properly.

A surcharge will be applied to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Bahamas, Hawaii and any other USA territories & islands outside the continental USA. Shipping does not take place on Friday, Saturday and Sundays.  Please contact us for a quote if you have a shipping address that requires a surcharge.   Freight Carriers are used for very large and heavier engines, transmissions, doors, seats. We either use R&L Carriers, USHIP.COM, Freightquote.com or Local Freight Terminal Pick-Up through Greyhound for large over-sized items such as hoods and bumpers.

* You will need to pick your package up from your local Greyhound Bus Terminal.

1) The location of your local Greyhound Bus Terminal where you would like to receive your package.
2) A telephone number so you can be informed when your package arrives at its destination and is available for pick-up.
We CANNOT ship your item until we receive this information! 
WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM UNTIL THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE PAID. 

**All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

PAYMENT

We accept PAYPAL.   We also accept all major credit cards with a faxed or emailed credit card authorization form.  We will provide you with the form after you win the auction.  No personal checks are accepted.  We charge, by law, a sales tax for items shipped to North Carolina residents. 

RETURNS:

All items are tested prior to listing.  Items can be returned within 14 days if the return complies with the list below for “Accepted Returns:”. Refunds will be given for the purchase price excluding our shipping cost. Buyer is responsible also for return shipping costs.  Again, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us.  A returned item must be in original condition as it was shipped.  We do not accept returns if you purchased a part that does not match your vehicle.  It is up to you to confirm that you have ordered the correct part.

Accepted Returns: Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

1. If the item is covered within our warranty conditions. 

2. If the merchandise is damaged during shipping.

3. If you received the wrong item.

4. NON-DEFECTIVE parts that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Products or goods must be returned and exchanged with an appropriate invoice or proof of purchase. No returns on special orders, overheated, altered, or disassembled part(s). Non-defective parts that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
