This crimper Kit comes with four (4)  dies and a full 9 inch triple ratchet handle with emergency release and torque (tightness) adjustment. The handle is longer 9", opens wider, has more leverage and has 3 index plates not just 2 for a tighter click, click, click. This bigger blue handle allows a more effective crimp on difficult wire such as coax and flag terminals. So all 4 dies fit and work in this one handle. Unlike other companies, who offer just a few dies.

Bigger is better!

Our blue handle is a full 9 inches long, unlike others that have only 8 inches.

Why such big pictures or close-ups?  Answer: So you can see exactly what kind of crimp job each die does. Other kits may not show these details.

Important Note:  The spark plug crimper cuts, strips and crimps spark plug connectors from 7 to 11mm.  The handle is not. This handle is longer 9", opens wider, has more leverage and has 3 index plates not just 2 for a tighter click, click, click. This bigger blue handle allows a more effective crimp on difficult wire such as coax and flag terminals. The handle has an emergency release and a torque adjustment.

We have found that the spark plug die in this handle will crimp 7 to 11mm sparkplug wire since it opens up wider than the 8" smaller, red handle.  The props in the photo are not included. For example sparkplug, connectors and wire are not part of the auction.

The Dies are:

# 1 Spark plug die, 7-11 MM.

# 2 Insulated Terminals 22 - 10 AWG

# 3 Non-Insulated terminals 22 - 8 AWG

# 4 OEM (Factory) 22 - 10 AWG

One of four original Ford GT40 racer prototypes has sold at auction in the US for a staggering $7 million. That's £4.2 million. RCA Future Car Challenge 2021

Fri, 04 Nov 2011

London's Royal Automobile Club (RAC) is hosting an exhibition of artwork created by students enrolled in the RCA's Vehicle Design program. The artwork is intended to complement the RAC's Future Car Challenge, which will take place tomorrow, Saturday November 5, the day before the historical London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. The challenge requires entrants to drive a 60-mile route from Brighton to London using the least amount of energy and will see a wide range of energy-efficient vehicles participate.

Fewer commuters but longer journeys

Thu, 27 Mar 2014

PEOPLE ARE TRAVELLING further to get to work but the number of commuters is falling as more staff work from home, according to official figures. Based on Census statistics, the average distance travelled to work in England and Wales increased from 8.3 miles (13.4km) in 2001 to 9.32 miles (15km) in 2011. Those living in the Midlands and south west England had the largest increase in average distance travelled between 2001 and 2011 - going an extra 1.36 miles (2.2km).
