“This is a old school Rare Sparkomatic 7-band powered booster that was traded in at the shop where we removed it out of a old school hot rod because we did a full system upgrade for the customer. This unit was tested in the customers car and the unit was working great so now is your chance to get a great deal with no reserve. Please check out the pictures to make sure you are happy with the condition of the unit because it does have some wear. It is missing a knob on one of the slide controls but the shaft is still there. Also on the back of the unit where the screws are for the wire connections it is missing one screw and has one aftermarket screw.”

Runaway ostrich causes traffic chaos

Rush hour in the town of Tunbridge Wells took a humorous turn yesterday when a runaway ostrich shot past cars at speeds of over 40mph, with a clear disregard for road conditions, traffic and speed limits. Alarmingly, the rogue bird is still on the run from police and there are fears it could cause carnage in the town centre, as the RSCPA warns fully-grown ostriches max out at around 60mph. It was called a webinar but it seemed more like EV evangelism to us. Electric car advocacy group Plug In America spent an hour this week on the Internet telling 91 true believers how to spread the message of the kilowatt to those who still believed internal combustion was the only way to go. “People need to be convinced that they will like a plug-in vehicles,” said Plug In America board member Chad Schwitters online.
