This is a 1970 1971 1972 Column Shift Speedometer gauge removed from a 1970 Cutlass. It is completely original and in EXCELLENT condition. The plastic lens and casing have been polished and the black face with white lettering are crisp and sharp. The factory label is still intact on the case. All the connecting pins on the circuit board are tight. The date code on the circuit board is 2 70. Comes complete with all light bulbs. Mileage on the odometer reads 00560.5 miles. There are ink printed date code numbers still on the metal casing that read 26 70 017

Wed, 20 Jul 2011Shelby American is adding a little incentive to pick up one of its one-off Ford Mustang creations: Buyers won’t have to pay shipping on the 2012 Shelby GT350 and the 2007-12 Shelby GT500 Super Snake--as long as they order by July 31. Depending on where a buyer lives, that could be a savings of up to $1,500. For the uninitiated, Shelby American revamps almost everything mechanical on the Ford Mustang to create the GT350, including front and rear suspension, brakes and intake and exhaust systems.
VW to announce Italdesign takeover on Tuesday
Mon, 24 May 2010Volkswagen will announce Tuesday that it will take a 90 percent stake in Italdesign Giugiaro S.p.A, people familiar with the matter told Automotive News Europe. The Giugiaro family will retain 10 percent in the Italian design house that is famous for styling cars such as the first-generation VW Golf. VW plans to acquire control of Italdesign to help reach its goal of becoming the world's largest automaker by 2018 with sales of 10 million vehicles a year.
