I took this speedometer off my 1998 Harley Heritage Classic and put a custom one that has a tach built into it.  This speedometer shows 14,000 plus miles and works perfectly, the little black dots you see where the mileage shows is the only problem this has, and its been this way for over a year and hasn't gotten any worse. The speed is accurate I checked it by radar, and the mileage racks up accurate also. This speedometer fits softails, Roadkings and other models that uses a 4&3/16 inch in diameter across the backside of speedometer.  Thanks for looking and GOD bless.

2013 Astra Cabrio caught on video

Thu, 30 Aug 2012

We have video of the 2013 Opel / Vauxhall Astra Cabriolet on video ahead of its debut at the Paris Motor Show. We’re guessing that even though the 2013 Astra Cabriolet (which will arrive as both the Vauxhall and Opel Cabrio) is due to debut at the Paris Motor Show next month, it won’t be in showrooms until the spring – just in time for another miserable summer. Ahead of that debut, GM Europe are out at the Nurburgring making sure their new soft-top doesn’t wibble wobble too much, resulting in the spy video below.

The Drayson is exactly that: a Lola-chassised EV that’s been built with no intention of beating the London Congestion Charge, but instead with the sole aim of swallowing Tarmac as quickly as possible. Its top speed?

Tomorrow's world: Jaguar and Land Rover showcase intelligent car tech

Fri, 11 Jul 2014

By John Mahoney Motor Industry 11 July 2014 17:21 CAR has been given a sneak preview of some of the weird, wonderful and slightly creepy new technology that’s coming to Jaguar and Land Rovers in the not too distant future. The new tech - including gesture control, next-gen voice control and intelligent windscreens - was shown at an event in Whiteley, where Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) also announced details of its new four-cylinder engines.  So what should we expect from Jags and Landies of the future? Gesture control is the next big thing for Land Rovers and Jaguars say its engineers.
