This is a gyro rotor used in various types of commercial aircraft. This one was removed during tear down and has been in storage since. It is in good condition and is not punctured or cut. The mounts and connector are also undamaged. It is listed as Sperry part number 2580825-1. It is not tagged and I have no way to test it so it is being listed AS IS. The new FIAT 500 has won the EuroCarBody 2007 award, the world's most prestigious prize for car bodies. The ninth edition of the Forum organised by Automotive Circle International was held in Bad Nauheim/Frankfurt from 16 to 18 October, attended by 600 experts in the development of the design, materials, processes and manufacture of car bodies. The EuroCarBody 2007 award highlights the mixture of "creativity and skill" that is necessary to develop an innovative, winning bodyshell.

ENG Automotive Design Summit 2005

 A sunny Stockholm was the venue for the 3rd Automotive Design Summit organised by European Networking Group (ENG) and this year the event, for the first time, was supported by Car Design News. The summit took place April 18-19 in the stylish Clarion Hotel in the heart of Stockholm, close to the 'Gamla Stan' or old town, and was enjoyed by around sixty delegates from the international automotive design community. The two-day summit opened with an interesting introduction by Sebastien Rosel, Product Manager from Dassault Systemes on the new Catia V5 software.

HondaLink Internet streaming launches with redesigned 2013 Accord

Honda will introduce technology, called HondaLink, that links vehicles with the Internet via smartphones with the redesigned 2013 Accord that goes on sale this fall. The HondaLink app on the driver's phone will access a large menu of information and entertainment services streamed from Aha, a service of audio-equipment supplier Harman. Honda's goal with HondaLink is to enable drivers to access services such as Slacker Internet radio and Yelp restaurant reviews without the need to touch their cell phones.
