This is an aluminum end fitting with stainless pin and trigger. It is solid and shows only normal wear and tear. It is from a freshwater boat, so no salt corrosion. It is the internal trigger type.
Now the bad news. The pin sticks some times. like 50% of the time. I gave it a shot of WD but that didn't make much difference. I don't think the pin is bent, but it is hanging somehow. I could not figure out how to take it apart to get the pin out, so it is for sale cheap. Maybe you can figure it out and have yourself a nice pole end for not much dough. The the hybrid supercar's dashboard interface uses the same code that the modern Internet runs on: HTML5. Germany's AutoBild reports that Porsche cites the ease of programming as part of their rationale for the system; smartphone integration is another.
