Brand new, never used, genuine SPL PRO Solid Subframe Conversion Bushings for Nissan S13 Silvia or 180SX/240SX, part number SSBS13C. RRP is USD$219 plus shipping, grab a bargain! SPL PRO Solid subframe conversion bushings are designed to allow S14/S15 subframes to be mounted on the S13 Silvia/180SX chassis or vice-versa. Our SPL solid bushings prevent the subframe from "bouncing around" under drivetrain torque or suspension load, maintaining optimum suspension geometry and reducing wheel hop. Our slide-in shim system allows you to quickly raise or lower the subframe to fine-tune the roll center/anti-squat behavior to your preference. Raising the subframe will compensate roll center for a lowered car at the expense of increasing anti-squat. Lowering the subframe will decrease anti-squat at the expense of roll center. SPL PRO series bushings are precision CNC machined from billet aluminum for excellent fit. Our bushing kit also includes optional rubber isolation washers to reduce noise transfer from the subframe to the chassis. Made in the USA. |

Sat, 15 Oct 2011Heavy fog for the morning qualifying runs didn't seem to dampen the spirits of competitors nor the thousands of fans attending Rennsport IV at Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca. Billed as the largest gathering of Porsche race cars and drivers, the day was filled with on-track action as well as a concours of historically significant Porsches from the past 40-plus years. Three classes of race cars competed on Saturday.

The breathed-over RR SVR lapped the Nordschleife in 8min 14sec, spelling out the performance credentials of the fastest ever Land Rover. The record was set by a standard production SVR, which will be unveiled sans disguise later this summer.
