Racing Cam Gear Pulley B-Series B18A B18B B16A B16 B18 Acura Integra Civic Del

The angle that the stock cams are clocked to when installed at the stock location on factory cam gears not always the most effective for making power with aftermarket cams. Aftermarket cams with more aggressive lift and duration often need to be dialed in at a specific angle to optimize the powerband for your setup. Adjustable Cam Gears are important when installing cams as they allow you to dial in the cam degree for optimum performance.

If you have an engine that has milled heads, forced induction, high compression, or one that uses an aftermarket camshaft, 23-830BK "Tru-Time" adjustable cam gears are for you. "Tru-Time" 23-830BK gears enable you to match the cam timing with your vehicle's state of tune by easily advancing or retarding the camshaft in one degree increments. Gain increased horsepower and torque without having to remove and change the camshaft. The 23-830BK gears are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and use grade 8 six point bolts so they can withstand repeated use. The laser etched markings are easy to read and precision cut teeth ensure that there will be no premature wear of the timing belt. AEM's anodizing has been laboratory tested to be the hardest anodizing process in the industry.

• Increased horsepower and torque without camshaft changes
• Six point grade 8 bolts for repeated adjustments and heavy use
• Integral washers for better load distribution
• Laser etched markings in one degree increments
• Hard anodizing on belt surface to maximum belt life
• CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum
• Includes complete instructions with recommended settings

Mitsubishi i-MiEV UK price and specs revealed

Tue, 23 Mar 2010

The Mitsubishi i-MiEV goes on sale in the UK in January 2011 As part of Mitsubishi’s wish to be thought of as the maker of eco-cars and the saviour of fluffy-bunnies and polar bear cubs, they’ve been pushing forward with their urban milk-float – the Mitsubishi i-MiEV – for all they’re worth. They launched the i-MiEV last year in Japan and have been softening up the public with bits of info this year such as the mad assertion that four policemen and all their kit would fit in an i-MiEV. So we all know the little electric Mitsubishi is coming, and in Japan – with a thumping big Government subsidy – it costs £20,000.

Tesla Roadster 2.5 breaks cover

Thu, 01 Jul 2010

Perhaps feeling a bit of chutzpah after a wildly successful stock offering this week, Tesla is demonstrating on Thursday that it still has an eye toward product, revealing the updated Tesla Roadster. And it's available for order now. Called the Roadster 2.5, the car features minor enhancements, including a new front fascia with different diffuser vents (the change is actually apparent) and new rear diffuser.
