Aston Martin DB9: Three DB9 Special Editions
Thu, 23 Dec 2010Aston Martin DB9 Special Editions - choice of three 2010 has been a busy year for Aston Martin, what with the final arrival of the much anticipated Aston Martin Rapide, the confirmation of the much less anticipated Aston Martin Cygnet and the Aston Martin One-77 rolling out to customers (just about). There have also been plenty of ‘Special Editions’ to keep the tills jingling, from the Dr Bez Special Aston Martin DBS UB to the V8 Vantage N420. Oh, and let’s not forget that one Limited Edition became a regular Aston Martin model – the Aston Martin V12 Vantage.
European Grand Prix (2011) RESULT
Sun, 26 Jun 2011European Grand Prix 2011 - Vettel back on pole It’s probably as big a shift in weather and conditions as we’ve had this F1 season, from the deluge of the island track in Canada to the searing heat of a Valencian Summer for the 2011 European Grand Prix, but was that enough to see Vettel recover from the defeat he suffered in Canada at the hands of a quite simply brilliant Jenson Button? Well, yes, it was. Just as he was in 2010, Vettel was on pole in Valencia and back on unrelenting form, leading as if by right from beginning to end; controlling the gap to the cars behind as if by divine intervention.
Lamborghini LP560-4 Superleggera coming?
Fri, 18 Sep 2009What appears to be a Lamborhgini LP560-4 Superleggera out testing But if the photo above is anything to go by it looks as if Lamborghini is planning a Superleggera version of the LP560-4 sooner rather than later. Which would work out pretty well for Lamborghini as they have rashly declared that they will deliver a new car at every road show, and with the replacement for the Murcielago cars – LP640/LP650-4/LP670-4 – still some way off, this could be a good solution. They’ve run out of new cars for shows after revealing the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster this week at Frankfurt, so they need to get a bit of a hustle on before the next major show if they’re going to keep their promise.
