Alexandria, Virginia, United States
Condition:New other (see details) Brand:SPQR Country/Region of Manufacture:United Kingdom Warranty:No

SPQR Engine Stabilising Kit in its original box.  For the MK 2 Austin and Morris Mini and Mini Cooper S with manual gearbox.  Presumably works on Riley Elf and Wolseley Hornet as well.  Also Mini estate (Countryman and Traveller), van, and pickup.  I'm not sure whether this kit is complete; however, based on the label on the box I think it is.  The box contains two metal rods that attach to the power plant and then to the subframe. It's designed to keep the engine from rocking under acceleration.  I presume it also fits MKI Minis - as I recall there were no major (if there were any) differences between the MKI and MKII manual powerplants and subframes.  Does not work with automatic gearboxes. I'm happy to ship overseas - please email for a postage quote.

Stage Two is a step up for performance-minded Mustang fans.

Ferrari LaFerrari lands in China: Shanghai Motor Show

Wed, 24 Apr 2013

Ferrari’s hybrid supercar was as eagerly received as it was in Geneva, with a sea of photographers, press and visitors thronging to get a glimpse of what is undeniably an impressive ‘F70′ from Ferrari. But looking good is perhaps the second ‘must have’ for a supercar – especially one that replaces the Enzo – and LaFerrari looks to deliver on the number one priority for most supercar buyers - performance. With 798bhp from its naturally aspirated V12 and an extra 161bhp from its electric motor, LaFerrari promises a dose of green credentials – important, to a degree, on China’s polluted roads – to go with its performance and handling, performance that can see the car it get to 62mph in under 3 seconds and on to a 186mph in an even more impressive 15.5 seconds.

Noble M600 new photos

Thu, 20 Aug 2009

Noble has sent us some proper sized image of the new Noble M600 We do love the look of this new Noble, but it is a big risk for the small company from Leicestershire. It is very much uncharted territory for them. They’ve had success building ‘Garden Shed’ cars in the £50-75k range for a few years now, but to suddenly catapult themselves in to real supercar territory with a £200k supercar is a big leap of faith.
