Autodesk presented its latest webinar, ‘Seamless data preparation pipeline in VRED Professional' on 15 May. This is latest edition of a series of eight free webinars via CDN throughout 2013, explaining user techniques and introducing new features from its suite of automotive design software. Ferrari FF technology focused on performance, less weight

At 660 hp, the Ferrari FF matches the horsepower output of the 2002 Enzo, becoming the most powerful production Ferrari ever. The company built just 349 units of the Enzo from 2002 to 2004, while Ferrari plans to build about 1,000 FFs a year. Other technical innovations introduced by Ferrari on the FF: -- The company's patented four-wheel-drive system, called 4RM.

SAIC Leaf concept

The Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) will unveil this futuristic concept at next week's Beijing motor show. Called the Leaf, the new concept has no relation to Nissan's concept car shown in Tokyo last year. It is a much more fanciful two-seat concept car whose design is entirely open to the elements, and it also features a slew of environmentally-friendly technologies.
