Thu, 25 Apr 2013

Struggling Fisker Automotive took a bludgeoning Wednesday on Capitol Hill from top congressional Republicans who compared Fisker to failed automotive startups of the past and lambasted the Department of Energy for allowing the electric-car producer to draw down nearly $200 million in taxpayer-funded loans. CarFest North & CarFest South 2013: Dates & Venues

Thu, 17 Jan 2013

Chris Evans’ CarFest North and CarFest South are back on again in 2013 with much motoring madness and a great day out for all the family. Just like last year, CarFest South will take place at Laverstoke Park Farm - Jody Scheckter’s home – with an even bigger hillclimb and three evenings of live music, masses of food choices and, of course, cars galore.

The show an F-Type Coupe that delivers almost all of the style the CX-16 did – just as Land Rover managed when they turned the LRX in to the Range Rover Evoque – which will disappoint no one. In fact, the coupe – with its roof line flowing down from the A-pillar right to the tail – is better looking than the Roadster and more evocative of the E-Type.
