This was manufactured by SSI Plastics and feature (2) 3 1/2" over sized cup holders and a small storage compartment that measures about 15" x 6". These are commonly used in RV, Automobile, and Boat applications for an easy way to add in cup holders / storage with ease and little effort. Its a great way to fill up open space.
