Staintune Slip-On Exhaust for 2001-2003 SUZUKI 1200 BANDIT- NEW

SU MS GSF 12 03  - 2000 to 2003 Suzuki Bandit GSF1200S Round sports muffler / Removable Restrictor

We're a Staintune vendor in Asheville, NC... In fact the one and ONLY Staintune vendor in the US.  Long story short, this  new kit was incorrectly shipped from Australia to a customer.. He bolted it on and realized it was the wrong kit so he boxed it back up and returned it to us. He never started the bike... The kit is perfect except for some scuffing around where the bolt goes through the hanger. Otherwise.. this slip-on kit is NEW and in the original box. This kit includes the silencer and full factory warranty. Install is chimp easy. The Staintune canister bolts directly to the oem header pipe in less than 10 minutes. No mods necessary.. We usually retail these for $830US.

Rather than pay the big bucks to ship it back, Staintune asked me to try to sell it here in the US... If you've been wanting one.. now would be the time to make a move as we're selling below retail AND covering shipping within the USA... They tell me this slip-on kit will fit the  2000 to 2003 Suzuki Bandit GSF1200S. Part Number: SU MS GSF 12 03

BTW.. I know very little about the Bandit series. We're primarily a BMW vendor... The main picture on this add shows the kit on a 1250 Bandit. One of the other pics is of the K1200 Bandit, but the pic isn't as good so I didn't feature it.. However.. the exhaust looks the same.

Here's the info off their website....

Performance:
Staintune's Oval Sports Muffler lets the motor spin freely and the throttle response is crisp and controllable. Overall hp gain was in the 5hp range but on the open road it will feel more like 10hp due to the ability to pull from lower in the rev range and the speed in which it is able to move through all the way to red line.

Sound: The Staintune Sports Muffler brings back that wonderful Suzuki big bore growl with out being offensive and yes it is with in the legal range.

No restrictors fitted: 90 dba @ 3750 rpm

Weight savings: The Staintune Muffler provides a weight saving of almost
3 Kg over the long cumbersome standard Muffler.

Finish: The Staintune Oval Sports Muffler is finished is Staintune's legendary High Mirror Polish.

Tesla planning self-driving car

Wed, 18 Sep 2013

Tesla are planning a self-driving car Now that car makers have been fitting radar and sensors to their cars for some time, which allow stuff like adaptive cruise – which automatically slows behind traffic and can even bring the car to s stop on its own – the race is on to make cars even more autonomous. We’ve reported recently on the Mercedes Intelligent Drive S-Class that negotiated its way – more or less – on a 60 mile route in Germany, and on Volvo’s self-parking system which will take your car in to a multi storey car park by itself, park, and meet you when you return. Google has also been playing with self-driving cars and has even gained permission to run its autonomous cars in California, and now Tesla are joining the fray with plans for an autonomous car in the next three years.

BMW 'Dwelling Lab' project

Tue, 11 May 2010

One of the most interesting pieces of work shown at the recent Milan Design Week was 'The Dwelling Lab', collaboration between BMW, Flos Lighting and Kvadrat fabrics. Artists Patricia Urquiola and Guilio Ridolfo were commissioned to effectively turn a BMW 5 Series GT inside out. The car is 'exploded' - with five giant cone-like structures growing out of the windscreen, door openings etc.

Jaguar Land Rover Heritage Parade in London for Queen’s Coronation Festival

Mon, 08 Jul 2013

Jaguar Land Rover drive their Royal Heritage cars down the Mall to celebrate the Coronation Festival Remarkably, considering 2012 was the 60th anniversary of the Queen coming to the throne and the celebratory events we had, we’ve heard very little about the 60th anniversary of the coronation. In fact, we’ve already passed the diamond anniversary of the Queen’s coronation (on 2nd June) without any huge fanfare but, for some reason, we have a ‘Coronation Festival’ from 11-17th July to celebrate the ‘Best of British’. But it seems Jaguar Land Rover couldn’t wait for the event to start properly, so they’ve jumped the gun and gone parading a selection of Jaguars and Land Rovers with Royal connections  round London this weekend.
