When connected to the MATRIX GX2150 GX2100 GX2000 and QUANTUM series VHFn++s the RAM3 also controls the 30W PA/hailer functions. When connected to the MATRIX AIS+ GX3000 GX2150 and GX2100 it can also display AIS targets. The RAM3 also provides intercom capability when connected to a compatible Standard Horizon VHF. Includes 23' cable and waterproof panel mount connector extendable up to 70' using optional CT-100 (23 Foot) extension cables. Geneva auto show: Mazdaspeed 3 set for debut
Tue, 03 Feb 2009Hot on the heels of the recently introduced 2010 Mazda 3, the guys from Hiroshima are planning to show the performance-focused Mazdaspeed 2 version at the Geneva motor show in March. Details remain scarce, but the company has announced that the 2.3-liter direct-injection turbocharged four-cylinder will continue to power the range-topping model. No performance numbers were released.
Aston Martin Hybrid Hydrogen Rapide S race car revealed
Fri, 12 Apr 2013The new Aston Martin Rapide S was revealed in January, and now Aston Martin are taking the Rapide S racing, but with a twist – it’s going to be able to run on hydrogen. Aston Martin has been working with hydrogen experts Alset Global and have developed a twin turbo version of their 6.0 litre V12 that can run on petrol, gaseous hydrogen or a blend of both and the plan is to run the Rapide S at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring next month with at least one lap run on hydrogen alone. The hydrogen system in the Rapide S (which AM are calling a hybrid, but it’s only a hybrid in the sense it uses two fuels, not that it uses electric motors) has a hydrogen fuel rail, storage tanks and its won engine management system to control combustion.
New car sales soar in 2014

The UK recorded a 10.6% rise in new cars sales against a European average increase of 5.8%. Out of all the countries in the European market, 24 out of 30 showed an upturn in new car sales between January and June 2014.
