I am selling a Starcraft steering wheel. It is white vinyl and roughly measures 13-1/2" in diameter. It has silver and black accents/markings. It has a 3/4" tapered key way. This steering wheel has some markings, scratches and may be dirty from storage. It is new out of the package and does come as shown.
