Saturday deliveries of items are only offered with the purchase of Next Day Air shipping methods. Saturday delivery options are only available for specific zip codes, usually in urban locations, with an additional charge of $15 for the Saturday delivery service. If you wish to order an item with Saturday delivery, please confirm it is available for you by contacting the customer service department via phone or email. Orders selected to ship FedEx home or USPS may also arrive on Saturdays, however, Saturday delivery is not guaranteed for these free shipping methods.

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs and duties fees, VAT, and import tax regardless of the shipping method purchased. MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS products, when properly installed, are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 365 days from the original date of purchase forward. This warranty does not cover failure due to accident, abuse, neglect or as the result of normal wear and tear.
Improper installation is also not covered under this warranty. Common occurrences of improper installation include: broken flanges, or broken shafts. Broken flanges and shafts are not covered by warranty as they are not material defects. Careless handling, tampering or disassembly in any way will void the original factory warranty. This also includes careless handling as it relates to the return shipping of a product for warranty assessment to MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their item is packaged correctly when shipped to MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS for warranty assessment. Returned products which arrive to MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS damaged from return shipping shall not be considered for warranty. Failures due to rust and submersion are also not a part of the limited manufacturer’s warranty. Though every marine product sold is treated with corrosion and rust preventives, these in no way protect units against submersion or unreasonable exposure to the elements. Deliberate abuse, broken gears, housings or components shall not be considered for warranty. Broken housings are mistakenly blamed on faulty casting, however the damage is caused when an engaged starter comes to a rapid stop. This situation typically occurs when the start switch is engaged for a moment, paused, then engaged again. It is also a common occurrence when an engine backfires. Products used in applications for which they were not intended will not be warrantied.
The sole responsibility of MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS if any shall be the repair or replacement of defective products as stated above. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities. MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products or merchandise. Products warrantied and found to be defective will be issued a refund of the cost of the product only. RAREELCTRICAL makes no compensation for products other than those associated with the original transaction of the warrantied product, including but not limited to: time lost, loss of income, fees for labor and other expenses, shipping fees, import fees and all other fees paid to a government for international shipments, etcetera. MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS is only obligated to replace the warrantied item or make a refund of the cost of the product from the original transaction.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct application information prior to purchasing any product from MARINE PARTS DISTRIBUTORS. All purchases made in error are subject to a 20% restocking fee and require a return authorization number.
