Product Description
SLP pipes offer increased efficiency, more torque and horsepower with a wider powerband. SLPs ERA 2007 Silencing Technology features advanced silencing technology while still providing great weight savings and a rich, full sound. Models equipped with this latest technology still sound like a snowmobile should, but the level of sound output is lower than previously experienced with our ERA 2000 products. Famous for superb fit and finish for easy installation. For the highest level of performance, contact Starting Line Products for their recommended tuning and clutching parts. All carbureted models require clutching and jetting changes. EFI models require clutching changes, and, in some cases, a fuel control module. Ceramic coated canister and pipe. AVG HP Gains 25hp peak at 7800 rpm. Reduces weight by 16lbs. Passed SAE J-2567 sound test below 88 dB.

It all culminates in January at the 24 Hours of Dubai: That's when video-game player and GT Academy winner Bryan Heitkotter will race, professionally, with European GT Academy winner Jann Mardenborough in a Nissan 370Z. The GT Academy was a contest that started last December in which Gran Turismo 5 players competed for a seat in a real race car. Thousands entered, 32 players rose to the top, and 16 of those were invited to a seven-day whirlwind racing and evaluation program at the Silverstone circuit in the United Kingdom.

The new October 2010 issue of CAR Magazine features a beautiful shoot of Renault’s new Dezir, a rear-wheel drive electric supercar concept that will be unveiled at the 2010 Paris motor show. And CAR’s editor Phil McNamara has been to Paris early, for an audience with Renault’s design director Laurens van den Acker, and to see the stunning Dezir in the metal. It’s the first of six concept cars from Renault, before we see the new van den Acker-led design language appear on the Clio 4 in 18 months time.
