Steeda's crank pulley is a one piece nodular iron, injection molded rubber design. Not a cheap "piggyback" design like many of our competitors use. Notes: Midway through the production run for the 2001 model year Ford changed the design of the water pump on the 4.6L engine. The older style pump produced from 1996 to mid 2001 had a longer shaft. In January of 2001 the design of the pump was changed to a shorter shaft. This necessitated a change in the design of the pump pulley.

Ford names China's Geely as preferred bidder for Volvo
Wed, 28 Oct 2009Chinese automaker Geely Group Holding Co. is Ford Motor Co.'s preferred bidder to purchase Volvo Car Corp. Ford said Wednesday that it will start more detailed negotiations with Geely, adding that no final decisions have been made.

Thu, 26 Jan 2012BMW M550d - it's official As expected, the BMW M550d, BMW X5 M50d and BMW X6 M50d have been revealed as the first models in the new BMW M Division range. After speculation going back a couple of years, BMW has finally revealed a triumvirate of mighty diesel-powered M Division cars, with the unveiling of the M550d, X5 M50d and X6 M50d, all of which will debut officially at Geneva 2012 before going on sale later this year. First to arrive will be the X5 M50d and X6 M50d in the summer, with the M550d Saloon and M550d Estate probably not hitting the UK until close to the end of the year, but the UK won’t be getting the M550d xDrive – our cars will be RWD.
Asian brands top annual Consumer Reports rankings on reliability

At the other end of the spectrum, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz were deemed among the worst. Findings are based on responses about 1.3 million vehicles owned or leased by subscribers to Consumer Reports or its Web site.
