Sevens Sins Choppers Original "Skeleton Key Caps TM" are a custom screw-in flush-mount caps designed for gas or oil tanks. The cap & bung listed in this auction is vented with a steel cap and steel weld-in bung. The cap has a custom antique skeleton key hole milled out of the center; 1/8" deep. All vented caps come with a breather screw. To open the cap you insert the key and twist the cap open. Once the cap is above the surface you can untwist it by hand. There is knurling along the edge of the cap for extra grip. Each Cap has a slight top curve radius. All caps come with a Brass 3.25"18th century reproduction skeleton key. These work best with a tube vented cap gas tank If you are installig on a tube vented gas tank you can plug the 1/8npt internal vent breather screw port. Ships insured Fedex Ground with direct signature required..
