What you see here is a heavy duty 15x24 foot steel tarp. No holes and all D-rings are there. Also I've added a brand new box of 50 21 inch bungees. I did flatbed for over 3 years but just recently switched jobs to hauling dry boxes locally so I have no use for these anymore.
