Cars Land comes alive

It's like stepping through the movie screen—or the looking glass, or maybe the windshield—and right into your favorite animated car movie. After five long years of painstaking work and three years of construction, Disney and Pixar have finished a splendid collaboration to bring the town of Radiator Springs to full-size, three-dimensional life at Cars Land, opening June 15 at Disney California Adventure next door to Disneyland. MINI Superleggera Vision concept unveiled

Doesn’t this look pretty special? It’s the MINI Superleggera Vision concept – a modern interpretation of the classic open-top two-seater created by MINI and Italian design house Touring Superleggera. It was unveiled on the shores of Lake Como at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2014 and is purely a concept car for now, but it could well influence future members of an expanded MINI family.
