Chevrolet showed off its new go-faster rollerskate, the Chevy Aveo RS concept, at the 2010 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). It's not that far-flung a show car, being based on the regular or garden Aveo – but pumped up with a sporty 1.4-litre turbocharged engine. The Lexus CT 200h at Geneva - Lexus tell us it will be sold in the USA
Despite moaning about the less than drop-dead-gorgeous looks when Lexus first showed us the CT 200h as the LF-Ch Concept – with a pretty awful gold paint job – the production ready CT 200h does look a bit more appealing. Still definitely not drop-dead-gorgeous - far from it – but credible enough, in a Lexus sort of way. There’s really nothing new to report on the CT 200h itself from Geneva, except that Lexus has announced that the CT200h will be sold in the US.

After yet more teasing last week on the Hyundai HED-6 concept, Hyundai has done the decent thing and released an actual image. Yippee! I shouldn’t complain really, as all these trickles of information do give us something to write about on a quiet day, but I do in some ways long for the days when cars were announced with all the information to take in in one go.
