It is the Customer’s responsibility to track their part while in transit.

If a part is seized by customs in the country of the customer, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make contact with the local customs officials.

If the part is seized by the postage company in the customer’s country, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make contact with the postage company.

 

We will NOT refund any money for postage if;

(i)                 Customs seizes the part and sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if they do not contact the customer).

(ii)               The local Post Office seizes the part and sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if they do not contact the customer).

(iii)             The Post Office tries to deliver the part, but retains the part due to the customer not being home, and then sends the part back to Japan because the customer did not claim the part (even if they do not contact the customer).

 

If one of the above situation occurs, it is the Customer that must pay for having the part resent. If the customer decides they want a refund, a refund will ONLY be given for the purchase price of the product and not for the price of delivery.

Audi reveals the new A1 Sportback 5 Door With almost two years of sales of the ‘Only Premium Car in its Class’ (Audi’s assertion), Audi has revealed the more practical version of its smallest car – the five-door Audi A1 Sportback. Visually, the five-door A1 looks just the same as the three-door A1 – with the obvious addition of a pair of back doors – but Audi has managed to 6mm in height and width which, they say, improves room in the back. Which it may, but as the length and wheelbase remain the same it won’t do anything for legroom.

Report: Chrysler Sebring to be renamed Nassau

The Chrysler Sebring will reportedly get a new name later this year: Nassau. The midsize sedan is due for a freshening, including an updated interior, along with its Dodge sibling, the Avenger. The Detroit Free Press, citing anonymous sources, says the new name will be Nassau.
