Payment Policy

Due to the cost of processing fees, with all of our sales over $2000 we encourage our buyers to plan on submitting payment directly via Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, or Business/Personal Check (though any checks will be subject to delay due to the clearing process).  If you would like the protection of the Paypal guarantee you may submit a down payment of up to $2000 via Paypal and pay the balance via one of the methods above.  As with all else regarding this sale, if you have any questions or problems regarding this policy please contact us directly so we can work with you to address them!!  

Customer Satisfaction Policy

As with all of our used equipment sales we encourage buyers to remember that:

1. While we make every attempt to picture and describe the equipment sufficient for an informed purchase, it is not possible for us to anticipate everything, so please ask whatever questions or request whatever additional pictures you need to be fully satisfied!!
2. While we try to identify any known major defects, as a used piece there is going to be obvious wear and tear so please adjust your expectations to the age and use.
3. Given that our description and your expectations are very subjective, we make no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in the description or return policy, so please familiarize yourself with both.  Having said that.......
