Google will launch its own fleet of autonomous vehicle prototypes – with no steering wheels and no gas or brake pedals – as the technology giant begins a new phase of its self-driving car project. Ferrari posted a 'Coming Soon' link on their site for the Ferrari 600GTB today! But it looks like all the interest in the 458 might just have got Ferrari a little flustered. Their web bods have updated the Ferrari website to show the information we brought you last week, but in the process they put up a nice little box which said ‘Coming soon – Ferrari 600 GTB‘.

CDN-Opel/Vauxhall enters second phase

Car Design News and Opel/Vauxhall are pleased to announce that the second phase of its collaborative competition is now underway. The second phase of the CDN-Opel/Vauxhall competition is specifically for the seven shortlisted students from the first phase. All competition members are encouraged to comment and offer advice to the shortlisted students as they strive to make the final cut.
