The KO Off Road Wrangler Bumper is the ultimate rock crawler and extreme off road bumper.
The KO Off Road Bumper line was engineered after extensive research and development to provide maximum clearance for rock crawling. With 3/16" cold rolled steel bars, robotically welded to the exact specifications, these bumpers are built to last and withstand the roughest off road abuse. Welds are ground and finished to give a one piece look. A two-stage textured matte black powder coating is applied for rugged functionality that will last years and a provide the ultimate style for your Wrangler. The front stinger is manufactured from 1.75" tubing and is drilled to accommodate any LED wiring. The large front stinger is designed to prevent fatal roll overs in extreme conditions and provide a point of reference for approach angles. A winch mounting plate is built into the bumper that accepts up to 12,750 lb winch with the option of running an aluminum or roller fairlead. Each bumper was developed to be a complete bolt on and requires no modifications to your vehicle. The KO Off Road Front Bumper fits 2007-2013 Jeep Wranglers. Driven: Fisker Karma

Thu, 08 Sep 2011

Even top-flight car designers are usually not known for their business acumen. So Henrik Fisker's announcement that he would build the "the world's first luxury plug-in hybrid" was met with some cynicism as he stood next to his Fisker Karma concept at the 2008 NAIAS in Detroit. Three years on and CDN is one of the first to get to drive Fisker Automotive's production Karma, a car so hot of the press this model is number three or four off Valmet Automotive's production line in Finland.

Lotus news at 2009 Tokyo motor show

Thu, 22 Oct 2009

Lotus was one of only three foreign manufacturers to exhibit at the 2009 Tokyo show, and as well as shouting about the success of the Evora (including a mention of it scooping CAR's PCoTY title), the company unveiled a special-edition Exige. Called the Exige Stealth is Japan – and the ugly-sounding Scura throughout the rest of the world – it's black all over. There's matt black paint, lots of carbonfibre bits and pieces, and the supercharged Toyota engine pushing out 257bhp.
