For sale today is a frame from a 1999 TL1000R.
It is straight. There is no damage. I believe that it can be registered in any state, check with your DMV. It will fit all TL1000R's from 98-03.
It is used. The Vin # is pictured below.

I can not mention anything about if this frame has a title or not and here is why. Ebay cancelled my previous ad and sent me this...
