Up for auction here is one used Harley-Davidson Wide glide front end off a 1999 Softail. As you can see the lowers need to be polished ...you can pull the plastic coating off and polish them up to make them look like chrome. Softtail had about 7000 miles on when this was removed.

New Subaru Legacy production version teased for Chicago Auto Show

The new Subaru Legacy is being teased Subaru have moved quickly from showing a concept version of an all new Legacy at the Los Angeles Auto Show,  with the first tease for the new Legacy revealed ahead of a debut at the Chicago Auto Show in a week’s time. Looking at the tease (above) it does seem to have a very similar shape to the concept version we saw at Los Angeles,. But if Subaru’s recent form is anything to go by, the production Legacy will be far less impressive than the concept.

Rolls-Royce hits new sales record

ROLLS-ROYCE has strolled luxuriously to a record half-year new car sales total - although actual volumes have not been released yet. Sales worldwide have risen by 33% compared with the January to June 2013 period, with sales in Europe up by more than 60%. There was also strong growth in Asia Pacific (up nearly 40%) and in the Middle East (up by more than 30%).
