Jaguar Top Ten all time cars celebrates Jaguar XE launch
Sun, 07 Sep 2014Messrs Callum, Johnson & March chose the Top Ten Jaguars Tomorrow – 8 September 2014 – sees the launch of the car that could make Jaguar a real force in the ‘Premium’ market – the new Jaguar XE. We’ve had lots of teases and detail of the new XE in the last few months, and now Jaguar are stating the heritage of the XE by publishing a list of the ten most important cars in their history, as compiled by a trio of Jaguar loving petrolheads – Ian Callum (Jaguar Designer), Brian Johnson (AC/DC main man) and Lord Charles March (he of Goodwood). Euro NCAP gets tough on whiplash

But as we noted then, this was the last bunch of NCAP tests under the existing regulations, and all changes from the New Year. As an introduction to the new tests, NCAP has just released test figures for whiplash testing on a group of 25 cars recently tested, and the results are rather enlightening.
Vehicle emissions are down and fuel economy is up, EPA reports
Thu, 15 Mar 2012The Environmental Protection Agency released its emissions and fuel-economy report for 2010. Adjusted emissions are down across the board, at 395 grams of carbon dioxide per mile. That's a record low for the post-1975 database.
