The chip is located to the right of the glove box once you pull it out.  It can be installed easily with 2 hand tools in about 10 minutes time and there are youtube videos online if you need further help.  It is really easy.  

I sold my truck to a single mom and she did not want it installed so I put the stock one back in.  This chip works great and will boost your trucks performance!  $180 new.....Save big.
