Does require the use of higher octane fuel. Chip was used on my 95 GMC k1500 5.7 w/ auto trans. part # 950333 This will work with both the Chevy & GMC 5.7 w/ auto trans. The chip is located to the right of the glove box once you pull it out. It can be installed easily with 2 hand tools in about 10 minutes time and there are youtube videos online if you need further help. It is really easy. I sold my truck to a single mom and she did not want it installed so I put the stock one back in. This chip works great and will boost your trucks performance! $180 new.....Save big. |
