Used, but in good condition STS Turbo Kit for 1996-2004 Toyota Tacoma (this one came off my 2004). This kit was installed new back in 2007 and ran until this year when I sold the truck.
When the kit was first installed I dynoed the truck before and after to document the results. When the truck was stock it put down 150 HP at the rear wheels. Once the kit was installed the truck put down 230 HP at the wheels with 5lbs. boost on 91 Octane. At 10 lbs. of boost on 91 Octane and water/methanol injection the truck put down 300 HP at the rear wheels. I can include my senior project for reference if you like. You may be able to obtain similar results but obviously that is not guaranteed. Also, the turbo needs to be resealed as it has a slow external leak between the sections.
This auction comes with everything included in the original kit (minus fuel pump that got sold with the truck and some unuseable rusty hardware) along with the upgrade I purchased for running water/methanol injection which includes the pump, wiring, pressure regulator, controller, injector, etc.

- TIAL Blow-Off Valve

I will include all instructions and contact info for STS as this kit should be installed by a Dealer or at the very least someone who is very mechanically inclined. I installed this system myself but it took a lot of work and some tech support from STS to get it done. So rewarding once its done!
I will also include some additional items you will see in the pictures, wideband air/fuel sensor & gauge, pyrometer & thermocoupler, boost gauge & A-Pillar for the toyota tacoma.
