Saint Louis, Missouri, United States
this is for 55 sedans and wagons with the conventional windshield (not later 55 wrap around) and all coupes and hardtops
I have gone through my switches from various dealerships and will be listing the ones that do not fit my cars or for which I have dups. I will be listing these 400 over time. The looks or dirt on them may vary when multiple are listed as the picture will show just one. Some are in boxes, some are in the original small studebaker parts drawers and have gotten dusty over 50+ years. Almost all are NOS but there are a few reproductions and they will be noted in the listings.

Automotive Press Association Design Panel says autonomous cars will tear up design rulebook [w/Video]
Tue, 18 Jun 2013Fully autonomous cars will challenge everything we know about car design to date, according to industry experts at the Michelin Challenge Design-hosted Automotive Press Association (APA) Design Panel. The APA members-only event, held at the Detroit Athletic Club, carried the theme of 'Driven/Undriven: The Duality of Tomorrow's Automobile' – the subject of this year's Michelin Challenge Design – and explored the design challenges and opportunities that will arise with the advent of autonomous vehicles. The APA Design Panel consisted of Jim Hall of 2953 Analytics, Chris Borroni-Bird, vice president of Strategic Development at Qualcomm and author of Reinventing the Automobile: Personal Urban Mobility of the 21st Century as well as Stewart Reed, chair of the Transportation Design course at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
Nissan 370Z Nismo vs Wingsuit – Nissan try to be Top Gear
Tue, 01 Oct 2013Nissan 370Z Nismo Vs Wingsuit That was five years ago, so Nissan obviously feel enough time has passed to plagiarise Top Gear’s stunt without too much criticism, so they’ve decided to pit a man in a wingsuit – who isn’t Red Devils – against a man in a car that isn’t a Porsche. So we have Peter Pyzera - Germany’s 2012 Nissan GT Academy Champion – in a 370Z Nismo blatting his way down Switzerland’s Susten Pas as it falls 4,501 feet and BASE jumper Dave Barlia in a wingsuit doing the same. Peter Pyzera said after the stunt: That was absolutely amazing, I could see Dave up above me and I just had to concentrate and get in the zone to beat him down.
Jaguar XKR-S plays out at Goodwood ahead of FoS (Video)
Sun, 19 Jun 2011Jaguar XKR-S - playing at Goodwood ahead of the FoS It’s really quite hard to put the new Jaguar XKR-S in a pigeon hole. You see, it’s not really an out and out supercar – and it doesn’t sport the price tag of one either – but it’s more than just a competent GT car; better than ‘just’ a continent-crusher. In fact, as we’ve already noted, it seems to have the measure of the Aston Martin DBS – but at half the price.
