Up for sale today is a complete Studebaker 259V8 engine, i.d. number V481275. According to the internet this engine came from a 1959 Lark. As I'm sure all the Studebaker people out there know practically the entire V8 engine run from Studebaker are pretty much interchangeable, so this would likely fit whatever application you need, however I encourage your own research to verify. The three speed with overdrive transmission will be removed prior to pick up or shipping, unless other arrangements are made; I intend to list it separately. This engine does not turn over, however I was told it was running when pulled. I can palletize and drop off at your shipper, or I can give you the name of a shipper I often use, however shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Storage till a convenient time for pick up is not a problem as long as payment is made. I will be listing a complete 232 cid and a bare block 259 also on different auctions. Please look at the pictures and ask questions, thanks and Good Luck!

Vladimir Antonov - Not a 'Red under the Bed' after all. Some detected the odour of McCarthyism when GM told Spyker there could be no deal on Saab unless it showed major backer Vladimir Antonov the door. Which seemed a bit harsh; after all, there seemed no evidence to support accusations of links to organised crime by Vladimir or Convers Bank.

Jaguar design director Ian Callum is a well-documented hot-rod fan – he already owns a '32 Ford Hi-Boy Coupe – but what would happen if he were to ‘re-interpret' a past product of the company he now works for? The ‘Mark 2 by Callum' is the result of an 18-month long project with British reengineering and restoration company CMC. "This is a very personal statement.
