KIA WINS AUTO EXPRESS USED CAR SCHEME OF THE YEAR

The magazine praised Kia for going above and beyond normal approved used programmes with a number of customer benefits including its industry-leading seven year warranty that is fully transferable to subsequent owners. Approved Used Kias don’t just get the balance of their manufacturer warranty. Instead, the warranty is topped back up to the full seven years meaning that an Approved Used Kia gets the same warranty as a brand new Kia. Minicars perform poorly in crash tests, study says

The Toyota Yaris, Honda Fit and Smart ForTwo all collapsed upon impact into the space around the driver dummy, according to the study released today by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. Drivers in all three vehicles faced high risk of head and leg injuries after test collisions at 40 miles an hour, even after airbags inflated, said the non-profit group funded by auto insurers.
Maserati celebrates birthday with GranTurismo MC Centennial Editions
Thu, 17 Apr 2014Maserati unveiled the GranTurismo MC Centennial Edition at the New York auto show this week, following up the successful debut of the Alfieri concept a month ago at the Geneva motor show. The GranTurismo MC Centennial Edition, created as part of Maserati's 100th anniversary celebrations this year, will be available both in coupe and convertible form. The Maserati GranTurismo MC Centennial Edition coupe and convertible will be powered by the same 4.7-liter V8 engine found in the MC Stradale, on which the Centennial is based.
