Return Policy

Exchanges are only accepted for a defective part.
Refunds will only be given if we do not have a working part for exchange.
For defective item exchanges: we provide a return shipping label and ship the exchanged part free of charge.
Items purchased incorrectly are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customer is liable for all shipping costs when a part is not declared defective.
Returned items must bear our marking with no modifications made to the item.
All items must be installed by and declared defective by the manufactured dealership.
Damaged item claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.
PMP Auto Group will not be held responsible for lost wages, labor, rental  fees etc... from the purchase and installation of any of our used  products.
All used engine, transmission, and electrical items must be installed by an ASE certified repair facility. Any issue with our  product for warranty purposes must be stated on a valid receipt from an  ASE certified repair facility.

For single items, costs are accurately estimated by eBay based on your zip code.

If you purchase multiple items from us, we will be happy to combine shipping and pass our savings on to you. We can only combine shipping when you utilize eBay's cart feature. Simply add all the items you wish to purchase to your eBay cart and then use the option to "request total from seller".

We ship items daily from Tuesday through Saturday. Most items paid for Tuesday-Friday will be shipped the next day. Items  paid for Friday (after 4PM EST), Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until the following Tuesday.
