This cargo box is made by Yakima for Subaru. New, it sells for $469.95. I used it on my 2009 Forester model, however, when I did some research, discovered it is compatible with 8 different Subaru models. It was used only twice and has been stored in my storage shed protected from the elements. In VERY good condition. Has 13 cubic feet of lockable storage. Measures 56"L X 36"W X 18"H. In an exercise with its tongue firmly in its cheek Breakeryard has not only designed, but also commissioned some mock-ups of a car to combat problems highlighted in a survey of 1,421 female drivers. ‘Peripheral visibility' was identified as a problem by 44 percent of respondents, so the concept has a bubble-top design to combat this, which would be framed by a reinforced structure for safety purposes.
