I have a new ej257 shortblock assembly. It is unopened, unwrapped and still crated. I bought this to do a hybrid build on my wrx and rebuilt it instead. I have other new oem parts I bought for the build and I'll be listing asap

This is a brand new, completely assembled short-block directly from Subaru.

This is a great place to start if you are building a hybrid engine with your 2.0 liter heads on a 2.5 liter block.  Or maybe you just need a replacement block for your STi.
This comes with the block, crank, pistons, and rods completely assembled, and ready to bold your heads on.

In Once Upon a Car by Bill Vlasic, Ford Motor Co.'s marketing chief lobs an F-bomb at General Motors. Ford Focus sells 1,500,000 in the UK

Wed, 09 May 2012

Ford Focus - 1,500,000 sold in the UK Ford has revealed that the 1,500,000th Ford Focus has rolled out since its launch in 1998 heading for Essex cricketer Jaik Mickleburgh. The Ford Focus has been something of a phenomenon for Ford in the UK and has now racked up sales of 1,500,000 in the UK since it hit UK roads back in 1998. Ford are shouting about the Focus’s achievements – quite rightly – and have sent the landmark Focus to Essex cricketer Jaik Mickleburgh, no doubt as part of Ford’s ongoing sponsorship of Essex cricket.

-- If this isn't the automotive video of the week, then we don't know what is. A car in Taiwan just barely avoids being crushed by a gigantic boulder, whose water and mud bow wave shoves the car a few feet before the boulder even lands anywhere near the car. Watch the top of the hill at the very start of the video.
