Been on my car for 4 months before I traded it in. Here is the description from the manufacture. TurboXS Uppipes are manufactured to exacting standards from the same cast iron as the factory manifold, to maintain the same quality, expansion and fitment characteristics. By removing the restrictive factory catalytic converter uppipe, you will increase exhaust flow to the turbocharger, increase HP, reduce turbo lag, and eliminate the chances of a damaged catalytic converter destroying the turbocharger. The thickness of the TXS Cast Iron Uppipe offers superior heat retention properties over a thinner stainless steel version, maintains more exhaust energy, increases turbo performance and reduces fatigue. Why is the retention of heat so important? Heat is energy and since Subaru located the turbocharger so far from the exhaust ports, keeping heat in the exhaust is critical for turbocharger performance. Why is the uppipe inner diameter critical? TurboXS uses an inner diameter of 45mm, which happens to be the inner diameter of your turbochargers exhaust inlet. This promotes the best possible performance throughout the entire RPM range by maintaining exhaust velocity. Over sizing the inner diameter of the uppipe slows exhaust velocity and creates turbulence as it enters the smaller inlet of the turbocharger, ultimately hurting turbocharger spool up. Peugeot 208 GTi Concept (2012) first official pictures
Fri, 17 Feb 2012This is the Peugeot GTi Concept, and it's a near-200bhp hot hatch that Peugeot will unveil at the Geneva motor show in March 2012. Unveiled alongside it will be the Peugeot 208 XY Concept. The Peugeot 208 GTi Concept is technically still a concept, but the hottest Peugeot 208 already runs a THP 156 engine, so the mule our spies spotted cold weather testing is thought to be an early prototype for a production version of the GTi.

Wed, 02 Nov 2011Jaguar Land Rover UK appoints Jeremy Hicks (pictured) as Managing Director Jaguar Land Rover have decided to tidy up their management structure at JLR UK, and have appointed a single Managing Director for Jaguar Land Rover UK, which brings JLR UK in to line with the practice in other JLR regions around the world. Historically, probably because Jaguar and Land Rover were originally separate entities in the UK, Jaguar UK and Land Rover UK have had their own Managing Directors – until this reshuffle they were Geoff Cousins at Jaguar and Colin Green at Land Rover – but with JLR growing strongly worldwide it was felt it was time to tidy things up. That means the arrival of former Audi UK boss Jeremy Hicks to the fold as the new MD of JLR UK.
