Please note: This door will work with standard water heaters only, will not fit the V-model water heaters.
 Doors for Suburban water heaters are available in a standard door or a flush mount door for 6 gallon SW model water heaters.  The 10 & 12 Gallon SW models require the use of the flush mount door (same door fits both).
Both of these water heater exterior doors are made of corrosion resistant steel. The water heater doors are finished with tough baked on enamel to provide extra chip resistance.
Suburban exterior doors stand up to the elements and frequent use, with corrosion-resistant steel finished in a tough, high-solids baked enamel for extra chip resistance.
  • Flush Mount Doors are pulled tight against the sidewall without screws, providing a neater appearance and added leak resistance.

Mitsubishi to kill current U.S.-made lineup, bring in new platform

Mitsubishi Motors Corp. plans to kill its current lineup of U.S.-made vehicles, including the Eclipse sporty car and Endeavor crossover, over the next three years and switch to producing global vehicles at its Illinois plant, partly to target export markets. The current nameplates will be phased out by 2014 as part of the carmaker's “Jump 2013” mid-term business plan unveiled Thursday by president Osamu Masuko.

Porsche to delay entry-level roadster, report says

Porsche plans to delay the introduction of an entry-level roadster amid worries that the car could dilute the brand's image, CEO Matthias Mueller was quoted as saying in a German magazine. "Possibly we need to wait until the next generation of customers before the idea of a small roadster will work for Porsche," Mueller was quoted the business publication Wirtschaftswoche on Jan. 15.

First Sight: Infiniti Emerg-e

It's a month before the Geneva motor show and amongst the usual pre Motor Show commotion I receive a string of cryptic emails about an Infiniti electric sports car concept. The name Emerg-e is only revealed as I drive to the secret preview at Park Royal Studios in West London to meet the big three in design – global design director Shiro Nakamura, Francois Bancon of advanced design and head of Nissan Design Europe Victor Nacif. This is clearly a critical car for Infiniti.
