WOLFPACK AUTO SALVAGE

Description: GM original sub box from a Chevy Tahoe / Suburban. Mounts in the rear left quarter panel (cargo area). Should fit Tahoe/Yukon (short wheelbase - the XL trucks have a differently shaped subwoofer assembly). The jack is mounted underneath this box, so if your jack is mounted underneath the speaker grill part of the molding, it should fit. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that this is the correct part for their vehicle.

At the narrowest (bottom) it's 3.5 inches from the sub mounting surface to the bottom, At the middle it's ~6 inches to the bottom and then at the top it's about 7 inches and is flat at that point. A slim subwoofer will be needed.

Photos are stock and represent what you will get in very similar quality. We try very hard to include all mounting bolts, but sometimes they are missing when we receive the vehicles, so they may not come with every box.

Huge 'barn find' Porsche collection for sale

Mon, 12 Aug 2013

Here at MSN Cars, we often bring you pictures from the world's most exclusive car auctions, where the lots sometimes sell for many millions of pounds. But actually, there's something far more evocative about this collection of around 200 Porsches that are about to be auctioned. Maybe it's the unrestored and unpolished condition of many of the cars on offer.

Chrysler eight-speed gearbox to boost big sedans' fuel economy

Chrysler Group says its new eight-speed automatic transmission will be the first offered on domestically produced automobiles and will boost fuel economy and cut emissions of the company's two full-sized, rear-drive sedans. The transmission initially will be available on 2012 Chrysler 300s and Dodge Chargers powered by Chrysler's 292-hp Pentastar V6 engine, the automaker said Thursday in a statement. The cars are being assembled and will start arriving in dealerships by Oct.

One lap of the Web: microcars and muscle cars

-- Remember the 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix 2+2? Yes, the one that you can't find anywhere now outside of those amazingly outdated posters (where do they find them?) they have on the walls of your local oil change place, right next to a poster of a GMC Syclone and a first-generation Dodge Viper? The one with the plastic nosecone that inevitably gets warped?
