This is a pair of original Sunbeam Tiger or Sunbeam Alpine steel factory hardtop rear vent window latches. The chrome is in great shape and they open and close smoothly. Also included are the hard to find original buttons that connect these latches to the vent windows. These are the wider style ones that were used on the later hardtops to keep the plexiglass vent windows from stress cracking. The Rootes car club patches are just for display and are not included! Buying and selling on eBay is supposed to be fun! I try to make it that way. No long lists of negative and threatening sounding rules and regulations to read before bidding on my items. Club members get first choice for collector's-edition Fiat 500
Tue, 13 Jul 2010Attendees of this year's Club Fiat-Lancia Unlimited national convention--also known as the "Fiat Freak Out"--were rewarded for their devotion to the Italian automaker. During the convention's closing dinner, the Fiat fans were given first dibs on the Fiat Cinquecento Prima Edizione, a collector's edition of the U.S.-bound Fiat 500. Only 500 Prima Edizione models will be sold in the United States.

The Volt is a landmark model – a hybrid electric car that can run for 40 miles on battery power alone or use the onboard 1.4 petrol engine for further charge. The new Volt will also be one of the world's first plug-in hybrids when it goes on sale in 2010 (2012 for Europe), allowing it to be hooked into the mains to top up the battery.
