With the traditional look and feel of Sunbrella™ it is always aesthetically pleasing. This fabric is woven using a modal acrylic yarn that is a SEF (Self Extinguishing Fiber) which is formulated to be inherently fire retardant. Since fire protection is an inherent attribute of the fabric, it will not leach or wash out during the life of the fabric. The fabric will not drip or melt if exposed to flames and will self extinguish when the flame is removed. Firesist™ fabric has excellent depth of color, consistent hue, and the kind of UV resistance you have come to expect from Sunbrella™ This fabric is colorfast, mildew resistant, water repellent and breathable.

Taking into account nature's four elements - Earth, wind, fire and water - designers the world over answered a brief that called for designs that would enable drivers in the Pacific Northwest to 'thrive in the elements'. Competition entrants were encouraged to create a vehicle inspired by the elements or specifically tailored to allow the users to better experience the elements, all while causing little to no environmental impact.
Repair work to hit key road route
Tue, 24 Sep 2013A KEY ROAD ROUTE into London will be affected by closures at some weekends next summer for the completion of repair work. The summer 2014 work will be on the Hammersmith Flyover on the A4 in west London. Before that, there will be night-time lane closures starting next month as the final phase of work to strengthen the flyover's 16 spans begins.
