Sunpro 2" Mechanical Triple Gauge Cluster on 2040-parts.com
Montpelier, Virginia, US
This is a Sunpro Mechanical Triple Gauge set. It includes the chrome mount, and three white face gauges consisting of a water temperature gauge, a voltage gauge, and an oil pressure gauge. All with white faces, with black lettering. Also included is the copper line (Sunpro part #CP7584) to replace the plastic one included for the oil pressure gauge (nothing like having that cheap plastic line crack on your CJ7 with a 3 speed going down the interstate, pulling 3,000 rpm's after an hour and a half at that pace right above the header where it went into the firewall... I was lucky I was looking at it when it dropped to 0 I will just say). This has a rougher package as you can see, but has never been opened and still in new condition. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, also checking out Sunpro's website by searching the part numbers, they will have all the specs listed. Thanks for looking!

Toyota Prius with added noise: The Prius Vehicle Proximity Notification
Sun, 25 Sep 2011Prius Vehicle Proximity Notification We’d much rather see a hybrid car than an electric one, but with plug-in hybrids starting to proliferate more car makers are having to address the issue of silent running endangering blind – and distracted - pedestrians. Step forward the Toyota Prius Vehicle Proximity Notification System. The US Senate signed off the Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act at the end of 2010, which requires the makers of cars with the ability to run silently to make them run noisily instead, completely negating about the only benefit there is for electric cars.
In search of Jag Man: a reader's sociological research
Thu, 24 Jun 2010I’ve always felt there to be an odd contradiction between Jaguar: image and reality. Such sensual, glamorous forms, evoking the Champs Élysées or Hollywood Boulevard, yet it’s beneath the leaden skies of Middle England that Jaguar’s soul predominantly calls home. So, in attempting to distil the essence of Jaguar Man, it is useful to separate folklore from reality, cliché from truth – who is this bloke anyway?

The competition is for students studying at design schools (of any discipline) in Europe, and will be in two stages: Stage 1 is the interior, and then Stage 2 the exterior. It culminates in a display of the work of the finalists and announcement of the two winners at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2011.
